Do you want to own a yacht but don't want the hassle and expense of ownership?

Owning a yacht can be expensive, yacht management is an effective way of offsetting the costs and on-going expenses of sailing.

We have two options for yacht management to suit different needs, if you currently own a yacht or if you are looking to buy a new yacht then we have a solution which will help offset your costs.

In either case you would place the yacht into our Ipswich base where it will be professionally managed and marketed to achieve the maximum charter income.

We are also responsible for the management of your yacht 365 days a year, giving you peace of mind for your investment.

As the owner you will receive an income from the yacht subject to the terms of the management contract. Both schemes are based on you maintaining full title on the yacht.

Management Option 1 – Shared Income

• The yacht must less than 2 years old and coded to MCA Class 2, we can facilitate this if your yacht is not currently coded.
• You arrange the insurance, pay for the berth and maintenance.
• The income is operated on a percentage basis. You will receive 60% (inclusive of VAT) of the yacht’s gross revenue
• We manage all the marketing, chartering, monthly and annual maintenance
• You can use the yacht whenever you choose
• The management contract will run on an annual basis

Management Option 2 – Fixed Income

• You purchase a new Beneteau yacht from our local dealer.
• The yacht is coded to MCA Class 2
• On completion of successful registration, VAT may be reclaimed on the yacht purchase price and any ongoing maintenance costs.
• The yacht is operated with zero running costs to you and you receive £500 per month income
• We manage all the marketing, chartering monthly and annual maintenance and pay for all the insurance, berthing and maintenance
• You can use the yacht up to 60 days per year
• The management contract will run for 3 years
